Back in Sydney - home sickness kicked in!!

I just got back to Sydney today and the sad feeling kicked in since the night after my family's CNY Open House. I came to realise everytime I go home, I was back for at least 2 - 3 months. But this trip back that lasted 3 weeks, was definitely not enough.

I didn't get to spend enough time with my family as it was CNY time and definitely it made all of us busy with everything in the house and all. But I'm glad I came back for it. Though time was limited but I managed to fully utilised it. Thanks to my dad, mum, bro , grandma and relatives: uncles, auntie and cousins, even nephew and neices.

At the same time, I didn't have time to meet up many of my friends. Only the gathering with all primary schoolmates and also the uts gang gathering at my house open house. Thanks to all who came as it is really great to meet you all again.

Yesterday when I left my grandma's house, I teared as I know I will miss my dear grandma again. Then when I left my house, I know I'm going to miss my house and room that I loved. And when I was about to board the plane and all, the moment my niece said bye to me, I broke down as I know it will be another year or more that I will see her again, same goes to my other relatives. What more when I bid goodbye to my parents and bro, even though I know they will come to Sydney after sending my bro today to Melbourne, I know I will miss them too. and their love for me is always there. Comparing so many times I leave Msia for Sydney.. this time was the hardest time for me. I don't know why.... All I know is I hate the word GOODBYE...

Happy Valentine's Day Everyone especially singles... :P

To all my friends,

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!!

Yes, Jenny is sitting at the computer tonight because she's single and no one ask her out for a date..and yes, it's sad... BUT well, after seeing those flowers and bears around Subang and Sunway.. I think i had too much to see. Plus, I'm still kinda enjoy single life for now. HEHE!! Yes, I'm getting older and even my grandma is asking any male friends that are suitable.

Anyway, my V-day was just another day and what more it's the 8th day of CNY, the day for us, Hokkiens pray. I made a fulfilling day today going to collect my contact lenses supplies and went and visit the staffs at TBS. I managed to have a good chat with Franscina, Alicia, Elvin and Stacey. Some of the staff are no longer there, like Esmond and Li San. It was a good meet-up. It's like my routine of going back every year to visit them as they are the few that I enjoy working with them during exhibitions as student helpers for TBS last time. I actually miss those times. My confidence of talking to people started then and thinking back, I am kind of amazed with myself.

Then went to Sunway and Carrefore to buy stuff back to Sydney. Gosh, to see so many couples walking around and all of them are mostly those who are still in college or high school. HAIZZZ...

One more interesting thing I saw when I was driving on LDP, someone actually proposed to his girlfriend with his picture there on a billboard near to Kelana Jaya Seafood Restaurant. Watch out for it if you are driving towards Sunway direction. It's interesting and I wonder how much he spent on it. If the girl say YES, then it's all worth it I think. Ever thought if the girl say NO, damn heartache for the guy's wallet. The billboard is not small wey.. Too bad I didn't managed to take a picture of it..Well to the girl, Kelly Tan (cannot remember full name) hope it was a good proposal.. :P. The last I heard about such action was last time when someone proposed using Hilton PJ to put the banner.

Well, enjoy V-day everyone. For couples, enjoy spending those expensive meals, flowers and gifts. Maybe a cheap V-day for a change would be good. Come out ideas with your creativity. For singles, enjoy being happy for now!! If no gf or bf to wish you on this day.. I represent them all : HAPPY V-DAY!!
